I’m a writer.
My memoir, The Framing, is published by Melbourne University Press. It’s about childhood, truth and lies, and the justice system. The manuscript was shortlisted for the Glendower Award for an Emerging Queensland Writer in 2023 and highly commended in the Next Chapter 2024.
My essay, ‘Children’s Rights Theory’, was shortlisted for the 2026 Calibre Essay Prize.
My work has appeared in a range of places, including The Guardian, Kill Your Darlings, Mascara Literary Review, Overland Literary Journal, Beyond Queer Words, Art Guide Australia, and Sydney Review of Books.
